I'M AT A NORMAL BMI!!!
I got out for a run 3 times this week, and I went strong and hard, it felt really good! I ran my first 8:45 mile (I normally average 11-12 minutes) so I was pretty excited about that (granted, I don't think that will be my new normal, it happened to be a really good day). I kept my portions in control (even at my brothers wedding, pictures of my dress to come soon!). I even managed to keep my stress in check and get a decent amount of sleep. Hopefully all this will start showing up as results soon.
Last week I asked you all HOW I should adjust my goals since reaching 135 by August 31 is not really realistic anymore. And I THINK I've come up with a new plan (thanks Sheri and Pat for the great suggestions!).
So... New Goal Strategies...
1 - Work out AT LEAST 4 days a week until my trip to London on August 24th.
2 - Drink AT LEAST 48 ounces of water every day
3 - Set Weekly goals
4 - Continue to work towards my ultimate goal of 135, with a tentative goal date of December 13th (my birthday)
This weeks goal? Well, I'm gona jump on the perfect week bandwagon, I really need a good kick start. My perfect week looks like this:
Go for a run Monday - Friday
Drink my water
No trips to Taco Bell
